It was a heartfelt, sentimental day for more reasons than one. They were becoming man & wife, she was slipping into her one and only, once in a lifetime, white gown. However, they were also missing her grandfather who had passed almost a year to the day. It was gray all afternoon with questionable rain any second. The outdoor ceremony began, they had a moment of remembrance for the loved ones in heaven, a few drops trickled down for a few seconds, then the sun came booming out as they made this marriage official. We continued to have gorgeous light from those gray cloudy skies, walked into the reception, and it poured. However, the rain can be just as romantic as golden hour I’d say.

These two were all smiles, giggles, and cuddles. My favorite attributes of humans :) Their Linwood Estate wedding was nothing short of elegance, romance, and class.

Alysia looked perfect all day! We took a very similar picture like this at their engagement session so we had to recreate it as bride & groom!
