Pittsburgh Engagement Session – Victoria & Mark

What dog loving gal would not totally freak out with happy tears over a surprise puppy?!
THEN, to add a diamond ring into the mix?!
Good heavens, I wouldn’t be able to keep it together!
Mark definitely outdid himself with his proposal to this beautiful girl.
