Mike & Alexa’s wedding at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida was a fairytale beach wedding for sure! Alexa was a bridesmaid in one of the first weddings I ever photographed in 2013! I had been truly hoping all these years that I would photograph her wedding one day. When I saw her wedding inquiry land in my inbox, I actually squealed! Dramatic, but I felt destined to photograph her marriage, and I’m so happy it came to fruition! 

It’s hard to pick a favorite part of the day but I must say, I am in love with the black and whites of Alexa and her grandfather. At the very least, you have to scroll to those! I have a soft spot for older people in general, and he was extra sweet and extra handsome.

I often get asked if I will travel for weddings…and the answer is YES! I used to hop on planes quite often for weddings. I do not travel that often anymore, but I am still willing to take on a few destination weddings per year – especially for a gorgeous beach wedding like this! I have gone anywhere from Maine to Charleston to Florida!
